This Air-Filled Black, Silver & Gold Cheers Bubbly Wine Balloon Hoop Kit includes everything you need to create a celebratory balloon hoop decoration. Simply assemble the base, inflate the balloons with air, and arrange the pieces to bring it to life. Whether hung on a wall or placed on a tabletop, a balloon hoop is the perfect way to elevate your event space.

This kit includes:

• 1 Gold Tabletop or Hangable Balloon Hoop Plastic Frame, 28in (SKU 923591)
• 1 Air-Filled Cheers Bubbly Wine Foil Balloon, 7in x 19in (SKU 923571)
• 25 Luxe 4-Color Mix Mini Latex Balloons, 5in – Black, Gold, Silver & White (SKU 923584)

Additional recommended supplies (sold separately):

• Air pump (electric or hand-held)
• Adhesive balloon tabs

Assembly for tabletop:

• Step 1: Fill the base with water and screw on the cap to create a weight.
• Step 2: Assemble the hoop by threading each section together, then press the hoop into the weighted base.
• Step 3: Inflate all balloons with air, making sure each latex balloon is a uniform size.
• Step 4: Tie 2 mini latex balloons together by the necks and twist the pair around the hoop and then each other to secure.
• Step 5: Repeat step 4 with remaining mini latex balloons, or however many you desire.
• Step 6: Finish by adding your foil balloon to the center with adhesive balloon tabs.

Assembly for hanging:

• Step 1: Assemble the hoop base by threading each of the 4 sections together.
• Step 2: Inflate all balloons with air, making sure each latex balloon is a uniform size.
• Step 3: Tie 2 mini latex balloons together by the necks and twist the pair around the hoop and then each other to secure.
• Step 4: Repeat step 3 with remaining mini latex balloons, or however many you desire.
• Step 5: Add your foil balloon(s) to the center with tape or adhesive balloon tabs.
• Step 6: Finish by tying the string to the top and using it to hang the balloon hoop up for display.

Balloon Safety & Care: (1) The average vehicle holds about 24 inflated balloons and they’re best stored in the back seat. (2) Balloons look their best at room temperature – keep them warm on cool days and cool on warm days. (3) Inhalation of helium can be harmful. Never breathe in helium. (4) Uninflated or broken balloons can create a choking hazard. Keep an eye on your little ones. (5) After your party properly dispose of uninflated balloons. (6) Do not release balloons into the air.
