Air-Filled Blue, Black & White Star Balloon Garland Kit

Make a grand balloon display with a Blue, Black & White Star Balloon Garland Kit! It includes everything you need to make a beautiful balloon garland—no helium required. Use it as a backdrop, centerpiece, or jaw-dropping entryway piece that lasts for 2-3 days!

This kit includes:

• 2 Royal Blue Latex Balloons, 24in
• 20 Royal Blue Latex Balloons, 12in
• 16 Black Latex Balloons, 12in
• 8 Royal Blue Latex Balloons, 5in
• 8 Black Latex Balloons, 5in
• 11 White Latex Balloons, 5in
• 5 Black & Blue Latex Confetti Balloons, 12in
• 5 Metallic Silver Star Foil Balloons, 9in
• 1 Roll of Balloon Tape, 20ft
• 1 Inflation Straw
• 48 Balloon Glue Tabs

Additional recommended supplies (sold separately):

• Air pump (electric or hand-held)
• Curling ribbon
• Scissors

To Assemble:

1. Inflate all balloons with air and tie a knot at the end. (Balloon pump not included. Recommended for quick inflation.)
2. Leave 11-14 inches of balloon tape free, then insert the first latex balloon neck into a hole in the balloon tape. Alternate balloon sizes (12- and 24-inch), skipping holes as needed on the decorating strip until all latex balloons are used.
3. Finish the garland using the glue dots to attach the foil star balloons and 5-inch latex balloons in bundles of three or four.

Decorating Tip: Enhance balloon garlands by adding balloon tassels, flowers, foliage, swirl decorations, and tassel garlands to balloons using tape! Accessories sold separately.

WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD – Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.

CAUTION: This product contains natural latex rubber, which may cause allergic reactions.

Balloon Safety & Care: (1) The average vehicle holds about 24 inflated balloons and they’re best stored in the back seat. (2) Balloons look their best at room temperature – keep them warm on cool days and cool on warm days. (3) Inhalation of helium can be harmful. Never breathe in helium. (4) Uninflated or broken balloons can create a choking hazard. Keep an eye on your little ones. (5) After your party properly dispose of uninflated balloons. (6) Do not release balloons into the air. Help keep balloons out of our waterways and powerlines.
