Additional recommended supplies (sold separately):

• Air pump (electric or hand-held)
• Double-sided tape, Scotch tape, or Sticky Tack
• Curling ribbon
• Scissors

Transportation Tip: This balloon kit comes fully inflated and ready to assemble. Because of the large quantity of balloons, it cannot be transported by standard vehicles. We suggest opting for balloon delivery at checkout.

To Assemble:

• Step 1: Inflate and assemble the Champagne Poppin’ Balloon Garland and AirLoonz Bubbly Wine Glass, then attach them to a wall with the bottle “pouring” the bubbles into the glass.
• Step 2: Place the Cheers & Champagne Flute across the garland, centering it accordingly.
• Step 3: Create two 6-piece bouquets of helium-filled Happy New Year Star Balloons and anchor them on either side of the display with balloon weights (sold separately).
• Step 5: Complete the look by scattering the Clear Latex Balloons so they fall naturally on the floor.

Balloon Safety & Care: (1) The average vehicle holds about 24 inflated balloons and they’re best stored in the back seat. (2) Balloons look their best at room temperature – keep them warm on cool days and cool on warm days. (3) Inhalation of helium can be harmful. Never breathe in helium. (4) Uninflated or broken balloons can create a choking hazard. Keep an eye on your little ones. (5) After your party properly dispose of uninflated balloons. (6) Do not release balloons into the air.
