Transportation Tip: This balloon kit comes fully inflated and ready to assemble. Because of the large quantity of balloons, it cannot be transported by standard vehicles. We suggest opting for balloon delivery at checkout.

To Assemble:

• Step 1: Find your focal point on the wall and attach the Silver Fringe Curtains so they meet at the point.
• Step 2: Attach the White Gold Number Balloons, centering them across the curtains.
• Step 3: Place the Champagne Bottle AirLoonz on either side of the curtains.
• Step 4: Complete the look by scattering the Confetti Balloons so that they fall naturally on the floor.
